Apex Facade Systems was founded with a clear mission: to bring premium facade materials to the East Coast construction market at genuinely competitive prices. Our founders, with decades of combined experience in commercial construction and building materials distribution, identified a persistent gap in the market. Contractors and builders throughout the Mid-Atlantic region were consistently overpaying for aluminum composite panels, fiber cement siding, and related facade materials — simply because traditional distribution chains added layer after layer of markup before products ever reached a jobsite. We set out to change that equation entirely, creating a direct pipeline from manufacturer to contractor that delivers professional-grade materials without the inflated pricing.
From day one, we invested heavily in building direct relationships with leading manufacturers of ACM panels, coatings, and facade systems. By establishing ourselves as a high-volume, reliable partner to these manufacturers, we secured factory-direct pricing that allows us to pass substantial savings on to our clients — often 20 to 40 percent below traditional distributor pricing for equivalent or superior materials. We started as a panel supply operation, warehousing inventory in our Philadelphia facility and shipping direct to jobsites across the region. But our clients quickly made clear that they needed more than just materials at a good price. They needed a partner who could help them execute projects from concept to completion.
Responding to that demand, we expanded our capabilities step by step. We added precision CNC routing and V-groove cutting equipment to offer custom fabrication services in-house. We brought on experienced panel installers to provide turnkey installation for clients who wanted a single point of responsibility. We developed design consultation services to help architects and contractors optimize their panel layouts, select appropriate materials for specific applications, and coordinate colors across multi-material facades.
